I have to believe that Favreau would have consulted George Lucas one way or the other just to try to stay as true as possible to the original vision. He seems like a pretty legit and decent guy. I think his work on Iron Man speaks for itself. I don't think I can bring myself to ever pay for Disney + but as you mentioned, there are other ways that I might some day watch this. I still have to get around to watching Star Trek Discovery at some point as well. Plus with the new Picard show coming out I am going to have some decisions to make.

discovery irritated me just because the main character, a whamen, is named "Michael" :P
yap most of them does not like it because of Michael :D i see the point they are making
