everyone in Aceh is familiar with this fruit.we in Aceh usually use belimbing wuluh for cooking material.
almost all Aceh cuisine using this wuluh star fruit such asam keeng acid, vegetable plik, and others
this fruit is preserved by way of dried and sprinkled with salt with sufficient solar heat.
This belimbing wuluh which has been preserved we call by the name of acid asam boh limeng.
