아이들 벙커침대 만들기 DIY Children's Bunker Bed Making DIY

우리 딸아이랑 아들이 여행을 간 3주간 엄마랑 아빠는 아이들 방 꾸미기 프로젝트에 들어갔답니다^^
아이들의 침대를 이층 벙커 침대로!!! 아이들 방에 도서관을!!!

My mom and dad went into the children's room decorating project for 3 weeks when my daughter and son traveled.
The children's bed is bunk bed in the upper bunk !!! Children's room library !!!

1층은 도서관을 만들 생각으로 아이들 방에 각각 하나씩의 도서관을 만들어 주고 싶었어요 ^^
그래서 침대 치수를 재어서 도면을 그렸답니다 현재 있는 침대의 가로, 세로의 길이를 재고 나무 길이를 다 계산을 해서 개수까지 다 뽑았답니다 ^^

On the first floor, I wanted to make a library.

이렇게 해야 잘라올 때 정확하게 잘라오기 때문이죠 그리고 나무 자를 때 꼭 생각 해야 하는 나무의 두께 !!!
위의 도면으로 나무 두께와 길이 및 개수를 계산했답니다 ^^ 흠... 나무가 상당히 많이 들어가죠 튼튼하게 만들어야 하기에 ^^

그럼 이제 목재소로 고고 !!! 아저씨에게 치수를 보여 주며 잘라 달라 그러니 절단비 추가된다 그래서 그러면... 아저씨!!! 제가 잘라갈게요 기계만 쓰게 해 주세요!!!

흠... 자를 수 있겠어요? 기계 쓰기 힘들 건데... ㅎㅎㅎ 제가 또 다 예전에 써 봤다 아닙니까 ㅎㅎㅎ ^^ 혼자서 도면을 보며 자르고 있으니 아저씨가 혹시 기술 자신 가요? 이렇게 물어보네요 ^^

요렇게 나무를 잘라서 집으로 가져왔답니다 정말 많은 나무를 가져오니 동네 분들이 집 바꾸냐 그래서 침대 만들 재료에요 그러니 다들 이상하게 쳐다보네요 ㅎㅎㅎ ^^
So I cut the tree and brought it home. I bring a lot of trees so the people in the neighborhood change house. So it is the material to make the bed So everyone is looking at it strangely. ㅎㅎㅎ ^^

위의 드릴은 이중길이라고 피스를 박을 때 나무가 갈라지는 걸 예방해 주며 나사의 머리까지 깨끗하게 들어갈 수 있게 해 주는 도구랍니다 ^^

일단 기둥부터 제작!!!! 두 개는 짧고 하나는 길죠? ^^ 6센티는 저 나무의 가로 길이랍니다 저게 어떻게 조립이 되는지 한번 볼까요? ^^

요런 식으로 3개의 기둥이 합쳐져서 하나의 다리가 된답니다 이래서 나무가 많이 들었어요 이렇게 만들어야 튼튼한 침대가 되거든요

이케아 침대도 보고 왔는데 예쁘기는 하나 약하더라고요 두 개를 만들어야 하니깐 이런 식으로 침대 다리 8개!!! ^^

그리고 요거는 상판이에요 지금 침대의 길이대로 절단을 했답니다 ^^ 요렇게 짧은 나무와 긴 나무를 함께 하면 상판이 만들어져요 ^^

나무 조립은 이렇게 한답니다 ^^ 먼저 이중길이로 구멍과 나사 못이 들어갈 부분을 만들어 놓고 요렇게 나사를 박습니다 그러면 깔끔하게!!! 나사가 들어간답니다 ^^

요거는 기둥 부분이에요 기둥과 상판이 조립되는 방법은 이렇게 되어 있답니다 ^^ 긴 부분이 안 쪽으로 들어가고 안쪽에서 피스 3개를 박으면 아주 튼튼해진답니다 ^^

바깥쪽에서도 하나 정도 박아 주고 하면 좋겠죠 ^^ 자자 그럼 이층침대 기둥을 요렇게 세우고요 그 위에 상판을 조립을 한답니다 ^^

뚝딱뚝딱하는 것 같죠? 혼자 하느라 정말 힘들었답니다^^ 나무가 은근히 무거워요 ^^

그리고는 평상처럼 얇은 나무를 하나하나 박습니다 ^^ ㅎㅎㅎ 그럼 벙커 침대가 모양이 갖추어진답니다 ^^ 그 위에 예전 침대 프레임을 올리면!!! 완성 !!!
Then I put a thin tree like normal one ^^ ㅎ ㅎ So bunker bed is equipped with a shape ^^ I put the old bed frame on it! complete !!!

어... 근데.... 올라가 보니... 아앗!!! 너무 높아!!! 이일을 어쩌지... 흑... 흑흑... 결국은 높이를 줄이기로 했어요... 이 작업이 제일 힘들었답니다...
Uh ... but .... when I went up ... Ah! Too high! I want to do this ... Black ... Black ... I decided to reduce the height in the end ... This was the hardest job ...

혼자 모든 작업을 다 해야 했기에 다 조립되어 있는 침대를 다시 분해하여 기둥 하나씩 톱질을 했답니다...
Because I had to do all the work alone, I disassemble the bed again, and I saw one column sawing ...

역시 재단을 잘 해야 해... 흑... 휴.... 너무 힘든 작업이었답니다... 그래도 !!! 자로 잰 듯한 톱질 막노동!!! 잘 자른 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ ^^

힘들었지만 아이들이 천장에 머리를 덜 박을 생각을 하니 보람되었답니다 ^^
It was hard, but it was rewarding for the children to think about putting their hair under the ceiling ^^

사다리까지 만들어 주니!!! 우와 !!! 너무 예쁜 거 있죠 사람들이 놀러 와서 정말 대단한 작품이라고 놀라더라고요
저도 이렇게 잘 만들 것이라고는 저 또한.... 생각지 못하였었습니다....

이제 딸아이와 아들이 집으로 합류하고!!! 같이 라텍스를 코스트코에서 두 개 사서 침대에 다 깔았답니다 ^^
Now my daughter and son join the house !!! I bought two latex from Costco and laid it on my bed ^^

너무나도 좋아하는 딸아이와 아들!!! ^^ 그리고 이케아에서 주문한 암체어!!! 딸아이와 아들 둘이서 자기들 거 만든다고 설계도 보고 조립을 하고 있네요 ^^
My favorite daughter and son too! ^^ And I ordered a rocker at IKEA !!! My daughter and my son are making their own designs.

딸아이는 아빠랑 같이 만들기를 했답니다 ^^ ㅎㅎㅎ 우리 아들 너무 좋아라 하는 걸요 ^^

짜잔 이층침대 DIY 완성!!! 어때요? 멋지지 않나요? 정말 프로플로리다에 온 기분이 원목으로 만들어 놓으니 정말 이국적인 분위기가 보이더라고요 ^^
DIY finished bunk bed !!! how is it? Is not it great? I really feel that I came to pro-Florida and made a log of wood, so I found an exotic atmosphere ^^

예뿐 스탠드까지 달아 주고 ^^ 딸아이 방이랍니다 예쁜 딸아이만을 위한 도서관!!! 멋지지 않나요? ^^

우리 아들 너무 좋아하네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 아들아 아빠가 만든 침대 좋아? ㅎㅎㅎ 쉽지는 않았지만 아이들을 위한 아빠의 프로젝트!!! 성공했답니다

딸아이가 잘때 그러더라고요 아빠... 나의 로망을 아빠가 이루어 줬어 내 방에 도서관이 있었으면 상상 했었는데.... 너무 고마워 역시 우리 아빠야 사랑해

하면서 뽀뽀 길게 해 주네욤 ㅎㅎㅎ ^^ 저도 이거 원목 이층침대 만드는 거 정말 힘들었으나... 너무너무너무 만족한답니다 ^^
I have not been able to make this double-layered wooden bed so hard, but ... too much too much I am satisfied ^^

아이들이 얼마나 아빠를 좋아할까요 나중에 아이들이 커서 아빠의 블로그를 보고 이 침대를 아빠가 이런 맘으로 이렇게 고생해서 만든 거라는 걸 알면 ... 아빠를 더 사랑하겠죠

허리가 뽀개질 뻔했지만 정말 하나도 힘들지는 않았답니다 ^^ 왜냐하면 제가 사랑하는 딸아이와 아들이 정말정말 진짜 정말 !!! 좋아라 한답니다 ^^
