My Morning Delight

It’s been a long time since I do not make this healthy shake in the morning. 3 years ago when my younger brother was diagnosed of his illness, my family and I were having this kind of morning routine. We are afraid of getting ill if we will continue to consume unhealthy foods. But again unhealthy life style has started when I managed the resto bar. It’s not that I drink alcohol (I do not drink alcohol) but because of the sleeping time that I have, I sleep very late. I can sleep at 3AM because the bar is until 2AM and wake up late. So in the morning I am lazy to make a fruit shake. I will just eat whatever food in the kitchen.
But now, I own my time. I can do whatever I want inside the house not outside the house because of this pandemic. So this is my morning delight, a pure fruit shake. I just added a little amount of water so the fruits will be easily blended. I put 2 banana, half size of carrots, half size of apple and a small amount of water. So this is my morning delight.
