Healthier Oatmeal
Don't you know that you can actually make your own healthy diet bowl?
This is my own version of healthier oatmeal. Yes, you're seeing it correctly. I added turmeric powder in my healthy diet bowl. Turmeric has this natural healing spice that has been traditionally used by Chinese and Indian. In Philippines, it is called "luyang dilaw". A powder comes from the "Luyang dilaw". My mom used to buy this before to make a fresh turmeric juice. It was so delicious.
Ingredients from my own version of instant oatmeal:
➡️Honey and banana flavored oats
➡️raisins
➡️almonds
➡️chia seeds
➡️turmeric powder
➡️and of course, hot water. 😊
