You have to stand by yourself and get the work done, otherwise the workers spoil the work in a hurry.
I seldom allow anyone to work on anything I need done, I don't trust them!

Gone is the era of trusting, work has to be done in front of your eyes.
I usually do the work myself, so it gets done right. Too Many criminals working as mechanics these days!

We were also cheated, we were building a house and all the materials for our house, which we had ordered bricks and cement, the cement was stolen.
Sadly, there are thieves everywhere; I had a drum of storage treated gasoline taken! The Sheriff told me to just shoot them, since my property is marked keep out. As things break down, this will become a bigger problem, as people get desperate!
