I'd like to think there are some things I'd be willing to die for, but I could never sacrifice my Son for those same things!

I don't have children but it must be very hard indeed.
Hard but also rewarding! We decided that we would raise them to be independent. Harder on the Parents, but when they come back because they want to; it is satisfying! We also knew that if something happened to us; they would be just fine.
I'm proud of both of them!

That's the greatest thing for a parent, to know that they raised good children and to be proud of that. Good job!
They are solid Adults, and very capable! I am proud of them!!! But they still come home because they want to, not because they need to. They'll be here for Christmas, and it will be Fun!
