So you have a few potatoes in your fridge or kitchen that are bit old and have acquired a new life. Well, do not throw them away. Once you see a few root on the potato, just plant that baby in the dirt. Roots in the soil, and the rest of the potato over the soil. Keep soil damp, do not drown them. After a few day you will get a small beautiful plant. This photograph is for a week old planted potato.
