I talk about working towards self-employment. I talk about how some employees are punished for things they cannot control. This will be about a company that did punish the employees for things they have no control over. My mom wouldn't believe it and assumed they did something wrong to get fired. She doesn't know that 'at will' laws allow employers to fire you at any moment, anytime or any reason. This is why I stopped chasing after those jobs. Why put my faith in someone who can fire me at any time and I'm the one going to be in the streets if I cannot find another job.
