Yes this is true. Japanese knotweed is rich in resveratrol which is an anti-aging antioxidant. I am currently taking supplements now with Japanese knotweed extract :)
Wow. We are surrounded by great values, it's now left to human to use them well, and not abuse. Also, we shouldn't behave irrationally, since a plant which lacks a brain does excellently well while existing. You must also help the world in a way or another.
I used to have this in my garden and it grows very easily and sometimes you couldn´t control this plant.... but I had a method and it kit to trim it always, vut the vines so it becomes shorter...
