I have been on the tor network, and it's amazing all of the illegal things you can buy. But you have to be very careful, because the cops are also there and a bunch of scammers.

TOR isn't a network as such and you can't just find 'illegal things' without understanding how to search on the deep net. Stupid comments like this just increase the FUD and mistrust. I hope this criminal gets 10 years for possession and another 10 for making bitcoin look dodgy.
I didn't make a stupid comment, if you know about Tor, then I am pretty sure you know how to search. And I am pretty sure you are looking for something you cant find on the regular internet. I am a huge fan of TOR, I didnt write the comment to give tor a bad name, tor is just a way to access the darknet. But show me a clear net site where you can buy illegal guns, hoes and hitmen.

How did it? TOR is for routing traffic primarily, I use it for work and for privacy.,To search, yoj need to use a special search engine...stuff doent just 'pop-up' simply by using TOR , thus it was a stupid and sensationalist comment in my opinion

C'mon man, gimmie a break. Just because you dont use it for illegal purposes, dont mean other people dont. TOR makes it easy to access the darknet, it's the only way I know of to access the darknet. Most people dont use it as a router, hell any good VPN can do that. The darknet and TOR go hand in hand, stop pretending that TOR is so innocent.
