Sure. If one have a lot of power turn in a centralized system. Even so, in decentralization, the concentration of power by the miners, and by the stakes are still factors to be discussed. Changing the centralizer does not do much good. That's why I like DPO, and yet it is not exempt from the risk of centralization. Thanks for the comment.
