This is likely where trucking is headed. The next few decades will see a seismic transition to automation.
This is going to be the norm. It's going to make it so that companies either pay a premium for a human driver...and that DOES NOT mean paying the driver well...or they'll go with battery powered, self-driving trucks...this is happening. and it's good.
