It is usually noticed that most of the people leave home, without having breakfast. Though time and again we have learned and heard about eating breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

It is very essential to do a healthy breakfast because it helps us to break our night fasting. Plus with a healthy dose of breakfast, our body gets its essential daily required nutrients. Skipping breakfast is the worst thing one can do for their body.

Research has proved that kids who do morning breakfast have 60% higher levels of vitamins and iron.
