Great suggestions. A lack of exercise is my problem. It is something that I try to get in but I just work too many hours.
This is the case when you grow old... but I think, this is a matter of personal preference.... some would make investments to look young, a little lifting here and there.... but the beauty of getting old is the wrinkles that is in one´s face.... it´s natural... and even if the women wear no make -up , the real beauty is be yourself...
