FinTech is closing in on the end of it's second decade. This has taken the industry employment by storm. A NYSE trader became face of what is happening on the floor of the exchange. What once numbers over 4,300 people, now is down to 700.
These are high paying jobs that end up being automated out. It is estimated that 80% of all trades are done by computers.
