today i went to fruit market. there i capture some pictures for fruit like pomegranates.
Pomegranates are great fruit that has many benefits. some are as under:-
- Increase blood
- Good for diabetes
- Good for Weight loss
- Good for periods
- Reduce the risk of cancer
- Extremely effective for beauty
- Good for pregnant
- Good for Bones and muscles

I like pomegranate as juice tho. Or an ingredient to salads. I haven't tried the fruit alone..
