Could Bitcoin actually expand past 21 million tokens? This is something that technically could be done. A recent debate is forming about whether hodlers will adopt a fractional reserve type system.
If this happened, one of the main value points of Bitcoin would be lost. Part of the appeal is the fact that Bitcoin cannot go past 21 million tokens.
