The fast answer obviously with regards to the present emergency is that having watched the United States pull back from the 2015 atomic accord and reimpose sanctions, the latest of which are coordinated against the Supreme Leader, Tehran isn't keen on talking, and the organization, fastened to its most extreme weight battle, isn't too intrigued either at this moment, despite the fact that Trump has more than once offered to plunk down with President Hassan Rouhani without preconditions.
