Waking up early to go for a 6 a.m. run or to head to your morning spin class can be a pain, but a new study proves that your early morning efforts may have more a health benefit than you realise. Results of an examination of exercise and body weight, called the Midwest Exercise Trial 2, has shown that people who exercise before noon seem to lose more weight than people who complete the exact same workout later in the day.
