Thank you for this great opportunity @karensuestudios. I have been in steemit for three months now and I have had quite an experience on the possible challenges that is faced by new users in this platform and also how helpful a communityis.
Because of my love and commitment towards promoting steemit and uses, I have decided to establish a community, I made a page called @mynigeria which is focused on promoting users, and also giving information not only to the Nigerians in this community but also any one who is interested in knowing about the country Nigeria.
On this page, competition will be organised weekly, to spark some creativity and fun and also give good returns to the participants, they get rewarded with SBD. This is done to encourage their performance in this community. If I can get awarded 700steem power delegation it will help me to give better rewards to participants by upvoting their enteries thus making everyone a winner and also I will be upvoting minnows with quality post.
Every single day that comes by, there are new users that joins the steemit community and majority of them are talented, they make very beautiful and intriguing post. But being faced by the normal challenge of not being noticed easily in this community of millions people, they may be discouraged.
