Hey Dlive!
Today I want to talk to you about building others up....
Sometimes when people come to us for help or to vent, we have a great opportunity on our hands. The question is what do we do with that opportunity? I want to hit some points on how to build people up when they are down, instead of bashing them...
- Be the encourager they need.
- Builds up their confidence.
- You can be a ray of hope for them.
- Help bring success to that person.
I touch up on these points more in the video but I know that what we speak to others has a huge impact so I think its very important to be helpful and build up others around you and it will help you fill more fulfilled overall in your life.
Hope you enjoy the video!

Greetings, beautiful and dear Lydia
Really, when someone approaches us with a slightly upset tone, it is an excellent opportunity to respect and develop our empathy by trying to get in touch with the person's world and seeing the difficulty of it with the eyes that it possesses.
Your line on the video is pretty good.
I'm a psychologist. One of the most important issues in Limites attendance is the therapeutic bond. For that, it is necessary that we show that we are there to listen to the patient and that everything he will tell us, will not leave there. It will all be done with the utmost respect as possible.
Thank you for posting and good afternoon!!!!!
I think that this is such an important thing for others to reflect on. Encouraging others versus tearing them down is huge and significantly matters. Even the smallest bit of encouragement makes all the difference. :) Such a great reminder, thank you for this!
