This is a unique exercise that I love for shoulder development! It's a small twist on the traditional DB lateral raise exercise and can be a great way to vary your next shoulder workout with! You should make sure you have learned the traditional DB raises exercise and built up your strength before you go up to plate raises. Hopefully this is helpful for you guys!
