Bro give me a break, companies and corporations work with influencers every second of the day to help them get other people hyped for their product. Why do you think the founders tried to stay hidden and just put already public figures to lead the hype train? So that they wouldn't get hounded after they ran with the money.
Every coin with no realistic monetization path is essentially a ponzi scheme at this point, yet a quick look at steemit itself would show you there will always be people shilling for them and telling you the price will surely moon. At least trevon here stopped making assumptions on price a while ago.
I dont disagree with your point. That is absolutely true, what the founders did and left Trevon holding the bag. Still there is consequential weight on how much each person contributed to said scam. It is not fair that he takes all the blame for it.
