Haha, you probably know by now I like the Steem Monster game a lot.
I decided to invest in some legendary cards after watching a stream by @mrviquez.
I'm guessing this game will grow in popularity and these cards might go up in value some day.
Especially now that the droprate has been lowered.
It's a gamble of course but a fun one for me :)

I´m about to open 36 packs, which means (36X5=175) 175 cards, let´s see if the math ends up being in my favour and see if I can get 2 Legendaries with some luck. Let's see some golds too! Hopefully!
To get a Gold Legendary we wont be chasing the math to get lucky, we will just be surprised if somehow that happens to ourselves!

Only got 1 Legendary, and 6 Epics... The other packs were pretty normal. I guess the odds weren't on my side :D

Nice! I think monsters will be worth a lot someday, but for now I'm happy just selling them and opening packs. Right now, statistically opening packs will yield a loss, but for some it's still more fun to do it that way haha

People are already selling all kind of cards and have successful trades. It is worth the investment. At least it keeps us busy to forget the frustrating market prices for a while :)

Aww man, you made me buy 10 more card packs by reminding me of Steem monsters! Only have one legendary so far though, but I can't buy too many packs. So tempting though... ugh card games are addictive!
The Steem Monsters craze is passing me by. I might live to regret that but I’ll just keep plugging away acquiring SP.
They are just more rare.

When you get all the cards can you make a deck with only legendaries?
Wow! I hope to get a legendary card someday. Mostly all I have now is a couple of rares and commons. I haven't even been able to pull an epic yet...
Legendary cards will have some value in the future that's for sure as long as the game continues to attract more and more investors to participate in the tournament. It might sound a pay to win game but maybe we should accept it for the sake of fun.
