Thank you for showing us your view. As a minnow I have a bit different view on things and I think the developing team should listen to new users because they are building this platform. Well, I tried to get in touch a few times but not successful. Which is reasonable, because I don't have power. And here it begins. THE POWER. Steemit should be an independent media and there should be a lot of quality writers with their view on thongs and not Rothschild media machine. For new writer is already now almost impossible to get on the big wall. Imagine, how it will be when there will be a few million users. A lot of quality and original content goes for nothing. And we are still in beta phase! A lot of apps are coming out just because Steemit is not finished and it is not using potential. I and my friend are considering about developing an app, which will provide some features which are critically needed. A lot of third-party apps and platforms and however brings a lot of scams, stealing accounts and decentralization in a bad meaning. Can you imagine FB without like an option? So you need to go to the other site, which uses FB and can like there. Nonsense. And this is happening now on Steemit. My ideas for the better platform are : an algorithm for new posts, some sorting of posts, categories, user friendly editor for new posts, and some restrictions. As a new user who is working hard every day, to make steemit good place and posting original content, a good one with pics on almost pro standard, it makes me sad and desperate when I see some girl gets 300$ for her first post, just because she knows some whale. Her posts are bad and taking attention from a good one. And as I see those people are mostly not taking care for steemit at all. ASAP they check out SBD and STEEM and life goes on. The real Steemian should hodl and make it more worth it, give also to other, support other with good content. It would be a shame if someone stops posting just because they don't have support. So the whales should have some sort of blockade how big upvote can give to someone (it should be ranked on posts this person have, curations and so on). Ok, However it is great to see someone who wants to make Steemit better place and secure its future. Thank you for doing this

yes indeed, thank you for doing it!
