主料:北豆腐1块、鸡蛋两个、香葱1棵、油和盐活量。
1准备材料
2把豆腐切成薄厚适中的片状,不要太厚,不然不易入味儿。
3、鸡蛋打散,拌入适量的盐,搅拌均匀
4、把豆腐放进蛋液,让豆腐在蛋液里洗个澡
5、锅内热油,把豆腐放入锅内小火煎至两面金黄色。
6、把蛋液倒入锅中,小火加热。
7、装盘,加点香葱裝饰。
8、豆腐不要切的太厚,不然吃到豆腐时滋味不足。
