NVIDIA has decided to end its anti-competitive GeForce Partner Program! But with the attitude displayed in their blog post, you better believe that we may not be able to trust them!
If you don't already know about the GeForce Partner Program, check out my previous video at https://dlive.io/video/joeytechtalks/70999ca0-3283-11e8-8c78-95b7c3b77998
The damage has been done, regardless! It's good they've ended this nonsense, but it has already made it more challenging for AMD, and for Intel as they plan on getting back into the gaming GPU market.
My video is at DLive
Great video Joey and glad to see you back. It is unfortunate that AMD put out a version of the RX 560 with a 14cu count compared to the normal 16cu count and didn't say anything until they were called out on it. All they really ended up doing was putting the different cu count in the product description and sold them at a slightly lower price while maintaining that they were the same product with the name. It would be nice if both Nvidia and AMD stopped doing this and i don't want to automatically throw shade on them but it is hard to give them the benefit of the doubt when they both keep doing stuff like this.
I totally agree. I focused on NVIDIA doing this, but AMD is guilty of the same thing.
Hopefully when Intel re-enters the GPU market, they won't pull that. But we'll see.
And thanks for the compliment on the video! :)
Upgrade in video or lighting ! Awesome, keep it up bro. Always love your work
Oh, and thanks for the compliment! :)
Yes, sorry. text can be odd. I'm saying it looks better now. Keep it up my friend !
Oh thanks! Yeah, I have to credit the walls! They're not the 70s woodgrain that was there before. :) That made things a little difficult with the lighting I had available.
The white walls work much better, for sure.
Will upgrade when I'm making more money. I'm hardly making anything right now and hours are cut really bad at work.
Or are you saying that this is an upgrade in video or lighting? Yeah, I'm in a different place now. And I had an extra light on where I didn't have it on in my previous video.
very good post ^^
