While walking around town, we discovered a new mural in Sacramento! @acromott and I loved it so much, that we decided to do an acroyoga flow in front of the mural in our matching @dlive t-shirts that I made!
In this acro flow you will see the following moves:
- bird
- backfly
- foot to hand
- trap door
- side star
- shin to foot
- shoulder stand
- whips
- monkey frog
- four step
- star
- hand to hand
I hope you enjoy this fun flow that we came up with! It's also so fun to do acroyoga with @acromott. It feels good to be back on his feet!
Also, special shout out to the @dlive team for all of your love and support! We love you guys!
If you want to support my art, please check out my coloring book for adults called "Life of the Wild" on Amazon.
love,
Karen

Wanted to say something cool about that awesome mural and how I would wish we had some more of those here in my town.
But then I saw that awesome picture of two unicorns with rainbow lightsabers and was like: Oh my god that's awesome.
Ahahaha! Thank you! I was praticing my photoshop skills when I made that photo. 😜
I should be doing that too. Photoshopping is a useful skill to have these days.
I also noticed that you are selling your own coloring book, that's interesting as well.
Yes! All of the illustrations in the book were hand drawn by me! :)
Quite impressive. If I were to do that, the book would be full of scribbles.
But I intended to one day write a book myself. Once I get started doing that, maybe you can give me a few pointers when it comes to publishing it, would that be cool?
Today is Yoga day and I decided to go and do my very first yoga class today !
I'm soooo excited !!
This type of yoga really looks fun :)
This is coool!! You and acromott are doing agreat team work, the most difficult part for me is the two handstand (not like i can do the rest XD)
Just amazing, it takes efforts to make that happen, #respect 🤗
This is really cool, I don't think I have seen that move of you kneeling on his legs before now.
The mural looks as if it was doing backward stroke.
Nice video
