First Time in Flotation Tank with @teamsteem

Today, @teamsteem and I decided to check try out floatation tanks and pulsar therapy at Ovarium. I've been interested in trying out the isolation floatation tank for quite sometime.

The flotation tank is filled with magnesium salt water, which allows your body to float on the water. The tank is suppose to create an experience of relaxation through deprivation of external stimuli. When you close the tank, the water is body temperature and the capsule is completely dark.

When I was in the tank, time seemed irrelevant. I didn't fall asleep in the tank, but I was really relaxed. It was such a neat experience to be able to just float in the dark. When I got out of the tank, my body felt really light, as if I had just gone into space and returned on earth!

here. The glasses emit different colors of light that are suppose to synchronize your brain waves to a certain frequency. I really enjoyed this treatment, as I fell asleep within the first 3 minutes! I woke up in a daze feeling amazing! While at Ovarium, we also tried out the Psio glasses treatment which lasted about 30 minutes. I had never heard of this treatment until, @teamsteem suggested we try it out. To learn more about this therapy treatment, click

Oh, both these look great. I've never heard of psio glasses before. I want to try it now. Bet it doesn't exist in Panama.

Are you in Panama? Did you move? You really need to try those glasses!

Yes, I live here. I've been here for just over 1.5 years including all my time on steemit.

I also wanted to float one day and be an eternal butterfly eating nectars and showing the world how beautiful my fluttering wings are. @karensuestudios

I’m not sure who makes that headband look better ;)

Such "Divas"! Haha, take care. :)

This Water Flotation Tank seems an incredible experience. But don't you feel your heart beat, and everything that is happening in your body? Must be relaxing but strange. :)

And these "brain waves" thing glasses look so funky. You should wear them at parties (But you would fall asleep on the dancefloor) ^^

It's possible that you can hear your heart beat. For me the experience only really began to be interesting when I put on the earplugs but that only happened for the last 10 minutes.

I may try that one day, I'll take the earplugs advice. But I'm not sure if I can find one of these Tank in Switzerland. I'll check that! Cheers!

That must be an amazing experience! Very unusual therapy :)) and very cool to see @teamsteam live.

Thats great experience and technology

Never heard of this really.. Thanks for sharing 😊

It is a device that looks like a capsule. It's the first time I've felt like I was going into space.

Hello Karen, good morning

I liked the video. I had read a bit about this therapy and I was afraid because I thought someone might feel sick there.
Now that you have, I am a little more confident about this!

It's so nice to see you are having fun and enjoying your trip in Montreal to the fullest @karensuestudios and in good company too! You guys have been having so many adventures so taking a day at the spa is such a good idea to get re-energised! If everyone went to the Ovarium at least once a year, there would be much less war in this world! lol. It's a great place to visit in Montreal and you come out of it feeling fantastic.

usefull video sir,,,thanks a lot for your kind sharing

Ooo I did this a couple of years ago! Only, mine was cheating because my "Tank" was more like a tiny bedroom with fake stars on the ceiling lol. Also, I have that same headband @teamsteem lol lookin' good
