The first amendment is in the American constitution and doesn't apply to people of other nationalities. Britain doesn't protect the freedom of the press or the freedom of speech the way we do.
that's called quid pro quo. It's illegal. Trump would go to jail if he did what you suggested. There are points to be made here but I think you should try to be a little more sophisticated.
