I'm loving your mid-air walking moves @teamsteem you're a natural and already laying down the pole gauntlet with unique and original moves :D What a great way to build upper body strength .. I used to train in and practice martial arts (before an injury stopped me) funnily enough a pole would have fitted that routine perfectly! I will say that I viewed and practised martial arts as a beautiful and liberating dance of energy .. the western focus is more on the visceral fighting aspect :(
