For today’s pole video, I want to show some “behind the scenes” clips from pole class. Usually the combos I post are a bit more polished, but what you don’t see in the short 30 second combo videos are the struggles and challenges of pole. It usually takes me more than a few tries to learn the tricks, if I am able, and then a few more rounds at least to work on form and making it “pretty.”
Today’s combo was pretty challenging for me, and I wasn’t able to fully link it together even after all the practice time in class. It features a aerial split right side up with one for on the pole and then an INVERTED split with just one foot on the pole.
You will also see the behind the scenes with my friend Krista spotting me! Haha, she always comments that she is like my personal spotter. :D She’s also always there for me to give me a push when I want to spin! Or as you can see in the first clip, slow me down from spinning too fast! Going to keep working on this combo - I feel like the full combo on spinner is within reach if I continue to practice! <3
Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed the video!

This is some real effort. I am glad your pole videos are back.
I almost laughed out loud seeing you climb the pole. The efforts to do that is tooo much
Hahah glad to provide some comedy in the day! Yah it’s usually quite a lot of effort and cleaning up/practice for me to make a combo look good :P
I can see that and I appreciate your pole more. It requires much effort. Keep it up.
i like the post very amazing ..@musliadi85
It's a very challenging style. You are incredible who can always conquer the challenge above the pole. Good luck always for you @polebird.

You are welcome my friend 😊
Amazing.
Thanks for sharing your struggles with us and really showing us how much effort and time it takes to make these combos perfect.
Awesome.
Looking good! Spinning upside down is so nauseating, though
Thank you! Haha I’m MOSTLY used to it :P except for sometimes
