You'll send them directly from the wallet you claimed them from to Bittrex (or your exchange of choice that supports Bytes.)
On Bittrex you'll be looking for the ticker GByte and they are labeled as Bytes I believe. Once you get your deposit address from Bittrex paste that in the 'To Byteball Address' section under the Send tab in your Byteball wallet. If you only want to send a portion then type the amount of bytes to send in the amount or to send all just hit the blue 'Send all' button above the amount. Double check your addresses then hit the 'Send' button at the bottom.
