Sometimes I have a lot on my mind and I like to put on my headphones and escape reality for a moment. Music brings me to a state where the time stands still and dancing helps me to leave all the feelings behind. This is the perfect way to refresh my mind and get new energy for the upcoming tasks.
I feel truly blessed to live the life I am living and to spend time with the most genuine and kind people on this earth. Even though I am working a lot, I am still doing what I love and what I call passion.
Last night I decided to take a few minutes off and I can not wait to get back to the dance studio. When you feel overworked, tired or a lack of energy, I recommend to take 5-10 minutes off and focus on your passion. It could be singing, painting, dancing or whatever makes you feel happy. This is going to give you the needed energy to finish your task because you are giving your body and soul feeling of happiness which is called dopamine. Dopamine is the decisive messenger substance for our happiness sensations. Its task is to transmit feelings and sensations, to control the circulation of the internal organs and to transmit impulses to the muscles. In combination with fresh air and movement, it leads to a lively feel-good mix with serotonin and adrenaline.
International Dance Challenge
If you haven´t read my previous post, than here is another chance to choose the song I am going to dance to next. Comment your favorite song below in the comment section and I will select the best ones and make a video to it! It could be any language - Spanish, French, Turkish, Korean, Chinese or whatever you like. Just send be a link or the name of the song and I´ll be creating a choreography or a freestyle to it.
The quality of the video isn´t the best since it wasn´t planned at all and it was filmed in the middle of the night. I hope you still enjoy watching it.

Great post..Loved your musical dance and you dance great and loved the music and i like to learn dance as i had dance sometime in my school program but they aren't nice..I would love to learn dance in dlive.

I have to be honest, @soldier, I’ve never been in to dance but these are seriously incredible videos. I’m gaining more of an appreciation for the talent and art to do what you do. One of my favorite things about Steemit is being introduced to such different walks of life.
