Human have the capacity to express a variety of emotions and it's absolutely wonderful. The problem is when it's done excessively. For example if something we don't like happens are we remain sad for a long time and we can't make any progress within that period, that's not good. In such cases, we need to manage our emotional response to always give our best. Thanks for watching and love you guys plenty.
