Are you all keeping healthy and fit between your work and busy schedules ?. I dont really have much choice but to stay in shape because most of my work is related to maintaining a good figure at this point.
I been pretty much working everyday and my hours are pretty rough. Anyhow I try to eat healthy and stay motivated.
