Shoot Paku Goreng Belacan Sedapp
ingredients :
1 bunch of nail shoots (cleaned)
3 onion seeds (crushed)
2 pillows of garlic (ground)
1/2 dried shrimp blade (crushed)
a little cili milled (may also use red and crushed cili)
a little oyster sauce
little belacan bakar (pounded)
less water
ways:
Heat some oil in the cauldron. Saute the mashed ingredients until the odor appears. Add the milled cili and saute again until crisp.
Add the oyster sauce and water to taste. Chaos is true.
End once enter the nail shoots. Chaos again until slightly wilted. (if less salt may add salt)
