I was a volunteer in Senegal, West Africa for over a year. Poverty is intense, difficult to manage, and has immense effects on the spirit of people. It can bring people together and it can also rip them apart. In working with Senegalese people, I learned so much about what they believe as a community and how they see the world. Without holding much of a grudge against wealthy people, most impoverished people I met just want to succeed in their own way, just like any other human being. It's a beautiful opportunity I've had to share that experience with others in our world.

First of all thank you for volunteering to help people in a seriously impoverished nation, great work! I respect that about people they might be poor but there happy alot of people don't care about making the most amount of money and stepping on everyone on there way up the corporate ladder and I have respect for them, cheers.
