Yup! They have been sold out of lowers recently though. (I've been circling their site like a hawk trying to get a lower for my next build)
The time to buy really was about 6 months ago though, the prices had really bottomed out. All this stuff now is going to drive prices back up and even the cheap ones are going to be $1000 before long but you are in the market for one sooner is better than later for sure.
By that point it might be cheaper to buy a Ghost Gunner! Haha
