The wording reminds me of this again: Many people fall for a trick thinking that certain rights can be taking away. That is just begging a collective to come along and take advantage of ones self.
So, I don't see it the way this was headlined.
Think about the arresting authorities. Someone acting outside of the very basic rule: the non-violence principal, and initiating aggression are always the criminals (or alleged to be). It does not matter what any random collective manages to put down in paper and call law .. Act in aggression without needing self defence and that is a case for some sort of trial. So while an unjust law may be involved, it is actually the enforcers that are more liable. They have to put action behind the paper..

Self-defence is a basic right. If someone attacks you or your family you must be free to defend yourself.
