Two days ago my dad and my nephew came into the house from their walk and dad told me they saw a dog laying under the bench next to the playground near our house. Of course, I went there right away, as I love dogs but don't have one so every time I get a chance to play or cuddle with one, i take it. :)
The dog was very friendly, waving with his tale when he saw me and he was also playful so I gave him a lot of cuddles. He was very skinny but as you can tell, he is still adorable, I mean look at that face and those eyes!
I thought I would go home and bring him some water since it was a hot day and then I saw him just sitting and "crying" as you can see on the video. It was hearbreaking. I came back for another session of cuddles, then went home and he followed me. When I showed up with water he was jumping around me like crazy and I swear he was smiling. I put the water in the shade of a bench and a few seconds later, there was not a single drop left. I went home again with a bottle of water, refilled the container so he had some more.
I was thinking if that was too much water for him at once, I have no idea when was the last time he had some food and/or water. Anyways, I left the container full for later and that's when I had to go home. My little neighbor came by on his bicycle and told me that he thinks he already saw that dog, running around with the kids from the neighborhood. I saw him from my window, sniffing around the gate and soon after that he was gone. I haven't seen him since then. I hope someone will take him and give him a nice home, he really is a lovely dog. What makes me sad even more, is that I could be the one to do that but my family does not want a dog so I am always overruled on that.
To end this post, I'll leave you a quote that I absolutely love and agree with and it says "Dogs do speak but only to those who know how to listen".

My 6 year old niece is a little bit scared of dogs and the rest of my family just doesn't want to take the responsibility of raising a dog.
Nice your quote dear
