When I first see your picture, I can guess you are not from Hong Kong. As in Hong Kong, mosey of the restaurant don't allow pets to enter.
I thought it is the same all over the world until few years ago, when I visit Germany, I see dogs can sit along with their parents in the restaurant. And It was a cultural shock to me at that time. Hong Kong do have too much restriction..
