After yesterday days "hills" workout, today was an easy day. That still included 5 miles of doggy jogging with some of my furry running mates. So buy "easy" I usually mean it was a casual, heart rate zone 2, pace in the 10:00 to 11:00 per mile range. A pace that I should be able to hold for miles and miles and miles once my endurance is back to where it should be.
