I came to the conclusion I will always have a dog. When we moved to Missouri in September 2021, in December of that year my dog of 10+ years suddenly was having trouble walking. It looks like he was poisoned. We have a few scenarios of how that could have happened. He died in my arms and it devastated me.

A little over a week later I went and got a puppy. He has been my constant companion since then.

I know the feeling. I lost my beloved Bruno who I had for 11 years. He had another stroke. It took me a while to get over but have two now.
