Ida is the mostly white dog on the left, and she's a 9-year-old Pitbull mix. Stella is the mostly black dog on the right, and she's a 7-month-old black lab mix.
We adopted both of them from humane societies, so we're not sure of their exact breeds, but we also don't really care too much.
Love dogs, always been a part of the family!
I agree! We just adopted the puppy a couple of months ago after our 14-year-old dog Shae passed away. She was a part of the family for so long, and it was tough to see her go.
:'( It's definitely sad.. but then again, we know what we're getting into when we get them, their life expectancies and such.. that doesn't change the fact that they're some of the BEST things to come into our lives. :) All we can do is be thankful and appreciative of the time we DO get with our four-legged family members!
Totally, and we got 14 years, which is a lot more than a lot of people get. She was herself right up until the very very end, too.
Adorable doggies!
Thank you very much!
They are some beautiful pups! :)
I LOVE pit breeds/mixes. They're the MOST lovable dogs I've ever owned! :))
Thanks! They are, but people are still afraid of her... even though she rolls over on her back to get belly rubs within seconds of meeting new people and doesn't even weigh 50 lbs. ha.
