Karl's a very good boy, and so happy... he brings me a lot of joy
Truth is though, I just can't understand how anyone could be mean to him...

I still have to give Karl a lot of reassurances during the day, and he responded well to my being gentle with him all the time...
I think he's at peace now, and probably wouldn't do well in a noisy and active household...
but, we live a quiet life and we both do better because of it...
