Dominium is a decentralised, regulated, property financing, property listing, and property management platform. It is an international platform on which regulatory documentation for property funding is standardised and assets are placed on the blockchain alongside property sales, rentals, and management. This child chain decentralises the trade of assets and places rental agreements, purchase agreements, property management tasks, and more on the blockchain. TOKEN USAGE AND VALUE: DOM Tokens is the payment unit on the platform. It is used for activities such as the creation and trading of assets, listing a property for sale and for renting, renting and buying a lease e.t.c.

The project also has two new ways to increase the value of the token.
