*Nimbus : Is hands down the BEST screenshot software and is also for recording videos on your screen. With a free account, you can only save a few videos before you run out of space, so a paid subscription is worth it for me. You can also create notebooks and put notes in them.

They also offer a video-recording feature where you can use the annotations which is important for making videos.

They also have great customer service and usually respond within 30 minutes, plus they fix the rare bug quickly.
