If we give a donation in food or money, when money and food are spent, we have the same problem - a poor family. If you donate a computer and teach people to make good posts and comments, then they begin to get a regular cash flow.

Why do I want him to win the laptop?
He has been a regular user of steemit prior the time his phone got spoiled about six or seven days ago. He lost his account as a result.
He had an initiative he is sponsoring with his steemit reward. Under the name "the random acts of kindness " he has been touching lives with this initiative ever since the inception
